LAND & PLANNING
One of the key aspects of our business is buying and selling land for our clients. Purchasing high-quality and sought-after land through private and public notification and Land Agents.
We help our clients ascertain the true value of their land holding through a simple but defined Residual Land Model. This has been developed on a highly refined library of supply chain costs, not out turn, or estimated costs, that are artificially inflated by the inefficiencies embedded in the design and delivery process.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our multi-disciplined team of professionals can design, procure, contract and supervise residential, commercial and construction projects in the public and private sectors of the UK.
Our Project Managers are experienced at administering and managing new build construction. With long established and strong working relationships with stakeholders and clients, our projects are managed on a foundation of trust, understanding and collaboration.

Cost Management
I.V.A.S provide investment and financing services across all areas of construction and residential development, including procurement and contracting models. We provide cost planning, control and consultancy services from pre-contract to post-contract, including feasibility studies and investment appraisals.
Managing costs from inception through to lifecycle costs and complex PPP and PFI investment arrangements, we ensure our client’s development accuracy and financial awareness is maintained and value for money delivered.
Design & Procurement
We have extensive experience in public and private design and the procurement of construction and property projects. A number of our architects and engineers have been involved with projects of global importance, with others successfully supporting and delivering smaller projects in the UK.
Our procurement team understands the importance of any given situation and project will depend on the nature and scope of the project proposed. This impacts how risks are to be apportioned, where responsibility for design is placed and how the design and procurement is to be coordinated.
